Chairman
The Chairman has a strategic role to play in representing the vision and purpose of the club. The Chairman ensures that the management committee functions properly and that effective decisions are made and delivered. Rob has been with the club since he was appointed in September 2017.

Stuart Andrew
Adult Operations Director
The Adult Operations Director is the principal administrator for the Adult programme. This role, within the strategic vision of the club, has the autonomy to manage and coordinate the programme, ensuring the members have the best possible programme we can offer to them. ‘Pinky’ has been with the Steelers since their inception and became Operations Director in 2017.

Peter Roden
Director without portfolio
The DWP key responsibilities are supporting the Chairman in his duties, as well as assuming his responsibilities where the Chairman is absent or unable to perform his agreed roles and responsibilities. Pete has been with the Steelers as an Adult player since 2015 as a Defensive Back and now joins the committee again after being the finance director in previous years.

Samantha Wilson
Women’s operations Director
The Women’s Operations Director is the principal administrator for the Women’s programme. This role, within the strategic vision of the club, has the autonomy to manage and coordinate the programme, ensuring the members have the best possible programme we can offer to them. Sam was an original Steelers Lady and has been involved in every season the club has run and became Operations Director in 2015.

sam rafferty
Communications Director
The Communications Director is responsible for running the Steelers social media channels, as well as managing the Steelers brand and creative design work. ‘Raff’ has played on the Steelers Adult programme since its inception and has been the Women’s programme’s Head Coach since 2017.

Rob Jones
Finance Director
The role of the Finance Director is to maintain an overview of the club’s financial affairs, ensuring its sustainability and ensuring that proper financial records are maintained at all times across its programmes. Rob has been involved with the club since 2016 and has held the position of Finance Director since 2018.

Steve Fellows
Youth Operations Director
The Youth Operations Director is the principal administrator for the Youth programme. This role, within the strategic vision of the club, has the autonomy to manage and coordinate the programme, ensuring the members have the best possible programme we can offer to them. Steve has a son who joined the Youth team and with a background of running Soccer clubs, he volunteered to become the Operations Director in 2019.
