With a little under four weeks until the Under 17 programme opens the 2019 season with their home tournament, the Steelers are delighted to announce the launch of our Programme Patrons sponsorship model.
American Football is a costly sport to run. However, as a club we do everything we can to remove barriers to entry for our Under 17 programme. This includes providing all players with free equipment that they can borrow for the season.
The model is designed to offer affordable sponsor opportunities to local, regional and national businesses looking to give back to the local community, while assisting the Steelers in providing low-cost opportunities to play American Football to 13-16 year olds, we’re looking to secure 10 Programme Patrons for the Under 17 programme at just £100 each, thus securing a further £1000 in vital funds for the 2019 season.
We’ll be rolling out the Programme Patrons for the Adult, Women’s and Flag programmes in the near future too!
